muscle body diet

Proteins are the main building blocks of your body. They’re used to make muscles, tendons, organs, and skin, as well as enzymes, hormones, neurotransmitters, and various molecules that serve many important functions.

Proteins consist of smaller molecules called amino acids, which link together like beads on a string. These linked amino acids form long protein chains, which then fold into complex shapes.

Your body produces some of these amino acids, but you must obtain others known as essential amino acids via your diet.

Protein is not only about quantity but also quality.

If you’re eating animal products like meat, fish, eggs, or dairy every day, you’re likely getting enough protein.

Shree ram Mandir opening 22 January 2024

Shree ram Mandir

The Shree Ram Mandir, also known as the Ram Temple, is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Rama, located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is built at the site where the Babri Masjid stood before its demolition in 1992. The construction of the Ram Temple began after a legal dispute was settled in 2019, allowing the construction of a Hindu temple at the disputed site. The temple holds cultural and religious significance for millions of Hindus, and its construction has been a long-standing issue in Indian history.

Sita Ram

Sita Ram refers to Lord Rama and his consort Sita in Hinduism. Lord Rama is considered the seventh avatar of the god Vishnu, and Sita is his wife. Their life story is narrated in the ancient Indian epic, the Ramayana. Rama is revered as a symbol of dharma (righteousness), while Sita is admired for her devotion and virtue.

The phrase "Sita Ram" is often chanted by devotees as a form of worship, expressing reverence for both Rama and Sita. Their story, teachings, and the values they embody hold significant importance in Hindu philosophy and culture.
